Melt the chocolate in a double boiler
In a saucepan, combine the sweetened condensed milk, egg yolks, and unsalted butter
Heat over low heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture pulls away from the sides of the pan
Let cool and mix in the chopped hazelnuts
Form into small balls and coat with melted chocolate
Let dry and serve.
