Season the beef with salt and black pepper
Place 2 slices of carrot, 2 pieces of bacon, and a sprinkle of parsley on each slice of beef
Roll up the beef tightly, securing it with toothpicks or kitchen twine
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet
Fry the rolled beef until browned on all sides
Add the beef broth and simmer until the juices are released
Stir in the tomato sauce and cook for an additional 10 minutes
Serve with long pasta, such as spaghetti or talharin.
