Grease a refrigerator-safe mold with butter, with a hole in the middle measuring 20 cm in diameter and 8 cm in height. Reserve
In a bowl, cream together the butter and sweetened condensed milk with an electric mixer
Add the eggs one at a time and mix until well combined
Add the heavy cream and unsweetened cocoa powder and mix until smooth
Pour into the prepared mold and bake in a water bath at 300°F for one hour
Let cool and unmold
Cover with aluminum foil and refrigerate for about an hour to set
Decorate with granulated chocolate and serve
