1 1/2 cups of unsweetened chocolate

4 large eggs
2 cups of all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1 teaspoon of salt
1 cup of grated orange zest, peeled and chopped
6 drops of orange essential oil

In a double boiler, melt the chocolate, butter, sugar, and milk over low heat
Let it cool completely
Add the egg yolks and mix well
In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt
Carefully combine the two mixtures
Add the orange zest and essential oil
Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold them into the mixture gently from bottom to top
Pour the batter into a greased pan and bake in a medium oven for 35 minutes
Let it cool, then dust with confectioner's sugar
