In a blender, grind the pistachios into a fine powder
Mix with the sweetened condensed milk and butter until well combined
Transfer to a saucepan and cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture pulls away from the bottom
Serve in spoonfuls supported by a plate garnished with additional pistachios.
