Mix the yeast with a little warm milk, combine the flour, beaten eggs, milk, sugar, salt, and butter
Knead like sweet dough
Let it rise well
This recipe yields two large rectangular baking sheets
Open the mass with a rolling pin (divide the mass into 4 parts before)
Place in greased baking sheet, sprinkle with dried raisins (which have been soaking in wine) and then finely with wine; afterwards top with thinly sliced ham and grated cheese
Cover with the other opened mass
With a rolling pin, brush with dissolved egg yolks in butter
