Combine the flour and yeast
Add the eggs and butter or margarine at room temperature
Gradually add the warm milk and lime zest, mixing well
Knead until the dough comes away from the sides of the bowl
Cover and let rise in a protected area for about 30 minutes
Form 14 balls, one egg-sized and 14 nutmeg-sized
Grease muffin tins
Place the larger balls first, making a depression in the middle, and then place the smaller balls
Let rise for another 30 minutes
Brush with a little beaten egg mixed with milk
Bake in a moderate oven (350°F) for about 25 minutes or until lightly golden.
