1 bunch of broccoli (1.3 kg or more)

4 tablespoons of butter
2 hard-boiled eggs, diced

1 tablespoon of sweet paprika

Remove the leaves from the stalks, clean, and cut into florets
Pour water and salt into a pot and bring to a boil
Add the stalks and let it cook for 8 minutes
Add the florets and let it cook for an additional 5 minutes
Drain and place in a refrigerator-safe baking dish greased with oil
In a small bowl, mix together the breadcrumbs, melted butter, diced eggs, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice
Mix well
Spread over the broccoli
Dust with paprika and bake in the oven for 15 minutes to warm it through
Serve hot
