Cut all the blackbirds in half, diagonally and reserve
Prepare the red sauce, mixing the yogurt, smoked turkey breast diced and ketchup and spread on one side of a slice of blackbird breast and another of glazed chicken breast
Assemble the sandwich, placing a handful of bean sprouts over the blackbird breast, a tomato slice and a cheese slice
Cover with the other part of the blackbird
Prepare a new sandwich in the same way
Tie all parts together with a skewer and serve.
