1/4 cup of chocolate chips
1 cup of butter or margarine
1 cup of water
2 cups of all-purpose flour sifted
2 cups of sugar
1 teaspoon of baking soda
2 eggs
1/2 cup of natural yogurt
Glace:
1/2 cup of semisweet chocolate chips, chopped
2 tablespoons of butter or margarine
1/4 cup of chocolate chips
1 cup of butter or margarine
1 cup of water

Glace:
1/2 cup of semisweet chocolate chips, chopped

Combine the chocolate and butter (or margarine) with water in a saucepan
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the butter has melted
Remove from heat and let cool slightly
Sift together: flour, sugar, and baking soda
Add to the chocolate mixture, stirring well with a wooden spoon
Add eggs and yogurt, stirring well
Mix well
Pour into a 28.5 x 21 cm greased dish
Bake in a moderate oven (170°C) preheated for 35-40 minutes
For the glaze: melt chocolate and butter (or margarine) in a double boiler
Remove from heat and spread over the cooled brownie
Cut into squares and serve.
