Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C)
Grease a 20x20cm baking pan with butter and dust with flour
In a bowl, sift together the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking soda, and salt
In another bowl, combine the melted chocolate, oil, yogurt, egg, and vanilla extract; whisk until smooth
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, whisking until well combined
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean
Let cool in the oven with the door ajar; then remove and let cool completely on a wire rack
Cut into 20 squares
