1 slice of Italian bread
3/4 cup (scant) of fresh ricotta cheese or cracker cheese
2 tablespoons of orange juice
1 dash of dietary salt
1 ripe mango, sliced into thin pieces with the skin still on

To get the bruschetta, simply bake the Italian bread slice until it's crispy and golden. Reserve
Mix the ricotta cheese with orange juice. Reserve
Spread the ricotta mixture over the warm bread slice and season with a pinch of dietary salt
Arrange slices of mango over the ricotta and garnish with hortelæ leaves
Serving immediately
For better results, leave all ingredients at room temperature, except for the bread.
