2 cups of nasturtium flowers
2 cups of arugula leaves
1/2 cup of roughly chopped nuts
1/2 cup of olive oil
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
1 tablespoon of grated lime zest
1 teaspoon of salt
500g of pasta
400g of frozen fava
200g of smoked ricotta, cut into small pieces

Bring a large pot of water to a boil and add the frozen fava
Cook for 10 minutes, then drain and let cool

In a medium saucepan, bring 5 liters of water to a boil with 1 tablespoon of salt
Add the pasta and cook until al dente
Drain well and return to the pot

Add the olive oil, lemon juice, ricotta, and nuts
Mix well
Stir in the nasturtium flowers and decorate with additional nasturtium flowers before serving.
