3 medium tomatoes, cut into pieces (360 g)
1 medium onion, cut into pieces
1/4 cup of olive oil (60 ml)

In a processor or food processor, grind the chicken with parsley
Add Parmesan cheese and egg
Season with salt and black pepper
Divide the mixture into four parts and shape the hamburgers
Brush each one lightly with oil and fry in a hot skillet, also brushed with oil, until well browned on both sides
If desired, toast the buns
MAKE THE SAUCE: In a pan, sauté all the ingredients over high heat for 3 minutes
Cover, reduce heat, and cook for 15 minutes
Blend in a blender
