4 cabbage leaves
1 large potato peeled and cut into small cubes
3 cloves of garlic minced
1 medium onion
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup tomato sauce
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon curry powder
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander
Salt and black pepper to taste

Season the fish with salt and black pepper
Sauté the garlic and onion in olive oil
Add the tomato sauce and cook for 5 minutes
Combine the milk, potato, curry powder, nutmeg, and cinnamon
Stir well
Add the fish and stir gently
Reduce heat, cover the pan, and simmer for about 10 minutes more
Remove from heat, sprinkle with coriander, and serve immediately
