1 1/3 cups of hot coffee

4 tablespoons of sugar
a few drops of vanilla
8 tablespoons of orange liqueur (Curaรงao, Grand Marnier or Cointreau)
orange peel for garnish

In a medium saucepan, place the coffee, heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla
Bring to a simmering point
While that's happening, place 2 tablespoons of orange liqueur in each of 4 cups (1 cup capacity)
Add one tablespoon to each cup to prevent them from breaking with the heat of the coffee
Pour the coffee over the liqueur in each cup and garnish with orange peel.
