1 lime, peeled and seeded, washed and with no ends
2 tablespoons of sugar
5 ice cubes
50 ml of white rum

Cut the lime in half and remove the pulp with a knife
Slice it thinly and place it in a small glass bowl
Add the sugar and let it macerate with a muddler
Add the ice and rum
Mix it from bottom to top with a spoon or stirrer, and serve.
