Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form
In a large bowl, combine the crumb, cornstarch, chocolate chips, butter, and beaten egg whites to form a homogeneous mixture
Grease your hands with butter, shape the hazelnut bites, coat them in cornstarch, and decorate with a toasted hazelnut
