1 kg of mussels with shells
1/4 cup (chopped) of olive oil
2 cloves of white garlic in slices (use only the white part)
2 red onions sliced
2 tablespoons of finely chopped shallot
1 cup (reduced cream) of white wine
Salt and white peppercorns to taste

Scrub the mussels with a brush
Place them in a pot and drizzle with olive oil
Add the garlic, onion, and half of the shallot
Add the white wine and shake the pot by the handle
Simmer over low heat for 5-7 minutes
Turn off the heat and season with salt and peppercorns
Discard any unopened shells, sprinkle with the remaining shallot, and serve immediately
