In the evening, soak the beans and beef in water, separately, in different containers
On the day of preparation, cover the beef with water and let it simmer
Drain and repeat the process two more times, to remove excess salt

Combine the beans, meats, and 6 cups of water in a pressure cooker and cook for 40 minutes

Blend the mixture in a blender with the broth, all seasonings, and meats
Return the mixture to the pressure cooker and add the remaining water

Cook over high heat with the lid off until the stew becomes thick
Add salt and black pepper
Simmer for an additional 5 minutes and serve.
