4 medium-sized potatoes (480 g), with skin

Wash the potatoes and grate coarsely
In a large skillet, place the potato, add the remaining ingredients except for the water, and cook over high heat, stirring occasionally with a wooden spoon and adding the water gradually, until the meat is tender (approximately 17 minutes)
