5 ears of corn
1 7 cm long piece of ginger
1 tablespoon of oil
1 tablespoon of finely chopped onion
2 cups of hot milk
Salt and nutmeg to taste
5 ears of corn

Salt and nutmeg to taste
Peel and grate the ginger
Set aside
Cook the corn in water with salt until it's soft
Using a knife, cut the corn from the ears and blend in a blender with 1/2 cup of the cooking water
Set aside
Heat the oil and sauté the onion until translucent
Add the ginger
Add the corn, stir, and add the milk
Cook until it thickens
Season with salt and nutmeg and serve immediately.
