1 kg of beef
1 pork ear
1 chicken cut into pieces
500 g of biscuit (soak for a day or two)
1 kg of potatoes
1 small cabbage, cut in half
700 g of black sausage
700 g of pork sausage
1/2 kg of ground meat (ground beef)
4 stalks of celery
1 package of thick pasta
salt to taste

Fill a large pot or Dutch oven with 4-5 liters of water and salt to taste
Bring to a boil
Add the cut beef and pork ear, then let it cook well
Next, add the chicken and continue cooking everything for about an hour over low heat
After that, add the biscuit, potatoes, cabbage, black sausage, pork sausage, ground meat, celery, and salt
Let it all cook until done
Once everything is cooked, remove all ingredients and arrange them on a flat platter
Cook the pasta in this stew
Stir well
The stew should be served in a bowl and the meats separated
