1 cup of chicken broth
1 tablespoon of ketchup
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
2 cups of cooked and chopped shrimp
1 cup of mixed bread crumbs with a little melted butter

Beat the eggs with salt, pepper, onion, and cream of milk
Melt the butter or margarine
Add the wheat flour and stir over moderate heat for 1 minute
Gradually add the broth, ketchup, and lemon juice
Cook, stirring until a smooth and uniform mixture is obtained
Heat the egg mixture and add to the previous mixture
Add the shrimp
Pour into individual molds
Cover with the bread crumb mixture and bake in a moderate oven for 10 to 15 minutes, or until the bread crumbs are golden brown
Serve hot four times.
