2 pounds pork loin, cut into thin and long strips (use leftovers)
For the glaze
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/2 cup orange juice
1/4 cup ginger
1/4 cup Cointreau, Grand Marnier or Curacao
4 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon vinegar
2 tablespoons honey
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 cinnamon stick
1/2 teaspoon salt

Combine cornstarch and orange juice in a pan and add the ingredients slowly, stirring until smooth
Cook over low heat for 5 minutes, stirring constantly, until thickened
Add remaining ingredients and cook for an additional 3 minutes or until hot and bubbly
Serve with rice, garnishing with fresh herbs.
