2 kg of oysters
6 sprigs of cilantro
2 tablespoons of lime juice
3 diced tomatoes
1 large onion, diced
1 bell pepper, diced
1 teaspoon of salt
2 tablespoons of tomato puree
1 tablespoon of vinegar
1/2 cup of Portuguese olive oil
1 can of heavy cream
2 kg of oysters

Combine cilantro, lime juice, tomatoes, onion, bell pepper, salt, tomato puree, vinegar, and olive oil in a blender
Blend until well combined and then cook over low heat for about 30 minutes
Separately, shell the oysters
Heat water with lime juice to boiling point
Add the oysters and let them cook for 1 minute
Drain
Once the sauce is cooked through, add the oysters
Let it simmer for a bit and then add the heavy cream.
