1 kg of clean and cooked shrimp

1/3 cup of vinegar
1/2 teaspoon of paprika
1 tablespoon of dried oregano or thyme
2/3 cup of olive oil
2 tablespoons of mustard
1/4 cup of chopped green onion
1/4 cup of salt
1 minced garlic clove
1/4 cup of chopped parsley

Place the seasoning in a glass container that closes tightly
First, add the salt, black pepper, and vinegar
Then, add the paprika, oregano or thyme, and olive oil
Mix well
Add the mustard and mix vigorously
Combine the green onion, garlic, salt, and parsley
Mix well again
Pour the seasoning over the shrimp
Refrigerate for one to two days
Stir occasionally
Serve with toothpicks or colorful skewers
