Cook the shrimp in seasoned water with salt, pepper, and a small onion
Drain
Place in a refrigerated mold
Season lightly with salt and pepper
Add the onion
Pour the white wine over the top
Sprinkle with cheese
Arrange the bacon on top
Bake in a preheated oven for about 15 minutes or until the bacon is crispy
Serve 4 to 6 servings.
