1/4 cup of vinegar
1 tablespoon of soy sauce
1 piece of ginger in a pod
2 1/2 cups of pineapple chunks from a can, cut into small squares
1 green pepper, cut into strips
2 small onions, cut into rings
1/2 pound of shrimp, peeled, deveined, and cooked

In a pot, mix the black pepper, cornstarch, and salt
Add the vinegar, soy sauce, ginger, and pineapple juice from the can
Simmer slowly, stirring constantly until it thickens slightly
Add the green peppers, onions, and pineapple
Cook for 2 minutes
Add the shrimp, let it come to a boil, stirring constantly
Serve immediately with white rice
