Peel the shrimp
Preheat the oven to moderate temperature and divide the shrimp among four individual ramekins
Mince the garlic well and mix with scallion and pepper
Distribute evenly among the ramekins
Add the shrimp, place in the oven until they turn pinkish-red, and serve immediately with crusty bread
