1/2 kg of large, peeled and deveined shrimp
1/2 cup of cream crackers, crushed in a blender
1 egg, lightly beaten
1/3 cup of olive oil

Dip each shrimp into the egg and cover well with the cracker crumbs
Let it sit for 1 minute inside the olive oil
Drain the shrimp slightly on paper towels
Place on a grill
If the grill has large gaps between the grates, line with aluminum foil to prevent the shrimp from falling through
Grill the shrimp for 5-8 minutes or until they're golden brown and crispy
Serve with hot sauce
