2 cloves of garlic
1 tablespoon of tomato paste

a pinch of nutmeg
1 cup of tomato sauce
1 cup of white sauce
Salt, black pepper, and grated cheese to taste

Cook the lasagna sheet dough according to the manufacturer's instructions
Drain and let it rest on a clean plate. Reserve
Heat the olive oil with butter, onion, garlic, and tomato paste
Add the ground beef and cook for 5 minutes
Season with salt, black pepper, oregano, and nutmeg
Spread some of the meat mixture onto each portion
Roll it up like a rocambole and place it in a greased baking dish
Repeat the process until all ingredients are used
Cover with tomato sauce and then white sauce
Dust with grated cheese and bake in a preheated oven at medium heat for 20 minutes or so.
