1 cup of smoked chicken, cubed
4 lasagna sheets, cooked and cut in half lengthwise

3 cups of pineapple rings, drained and cut into cubes
3 stalks of celery, cut into cubes
2 apples, peeled and cut into cubes
Salt and black pepper to taste

1/2 cup of grape juice
1/2 cup of water
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
1 tablespoon of mustard
1 tablespoon of cornstarch
2 tablespoons of egg whites

Combine all ingredients and mix well

Cook all ingredients over low heat until the sauce thickens slightly

Distribute the filling among lasagna sheets and roll up
