500 g of Canjica (White Millet without Husk)

In a pressure cooker, soak the Canjica in water for 30 minutes
Seal the cooker and cook for 45 minutes, starting from boiling point
Let it rest until all the pressure is released
Open the cooker, and add Milk and Sugar
Let it cook for another 35 minutes with the cooker uncovered
Remove 3 cups of Canjica and blend in a liquidizer
Return to the cooker, mix, and serve hot or cold.
