Beat the eggs well with sugar
When they are almost white and light, add softened butter and then wheat flour
Knead well for about 10 minutes
Pour the dough onto a greased tray, forming small rounded mounds, approximately 12cm in diameter
Place in a hot oven to bake until golden brown
As you remove them from the oven, shape each one into a cup
Let cool thoroughly
Whip the heavy cream first with sugar, then with milk, and finally with sugar
When serving, mix the whipped cream with cleaned strawberries and fill the cups with this mixture
Top each one with a beautiful ripe strawberry.
