6 slices of pork rind, without skin

2 beaten eggs
2 spoons (or teaspoons) of vanilla extract
1/4 cup of sugar
3 fresh green masa leaves, without skin, cut into thin strips
Cinnamon and sugar to taste, for dusting

Dip the pork rind slices in milk, then in the egg mixture with vanilla and sugar
Arrange them in a rectangular baking dish, well greased with butter
Bake at high heat for 3 minutes
Remove from oven and cover with green masa leaves
Bake again at the same temperature for an additional 4 minutes
Remove from oven, let cool, and serve
