3 packages of whispering meringues (approximately 300g each)
4 green maces
2 red maces
2 cups of whipped cream (250g each)

Arrange on a tiered serving plate only with the rounded arch of one layer cake, as follows:
1st layer: crushed whispering meringues;
2nd layer: peeled and grated fresh mace;
3rd layer: whipped cream
Repeat the layers in this order, with the final layer being whipped cream
Place in the refrigerator and remove the arch before serving
Best served in the evening
Remove the cake from the refrigerator about 15 minutes before serving to prevent it from becoming too hard
