6 oz beef tenderloin or other lean cut
1 cup beef broth
1 pinch salt
1/2 green pepper, seeded and sliced
1/2 red bell pepper, seeded and sliced
1/4 teaspoon black peppercorns
1 tablespoon heavy cream
Green pepper in flakes

Place the beef in a grill or oven
When it's half-cooked, add the beef broth and peppers, without skins and cut into strips
Sprinkle with salt and black pepper and let it cook for another 10 minutes at high temperature
Before serving, add heavy cream and sprinkle with green pepper flakes.
