1/2 pound of tender beef or sirloin without fat
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon water
Salt and black pepper to taste
a few drops of hot sauce
4 tablespoons beef broth
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon ketchup
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1 can asparagus cut into small pieces
1 cup cauliflower florets
1 small red bell pepper, sliced
1 small onion, thinly sliced

2 tablespoons olive oil

Conegel partial portions of the beef to facilitate cutting it into thin strips
Mix cornstarch with water, salt, black pepper, and hot sauce
Add the beef and mix well
Combine beef broth, soy sauce, ketchup, and reserve
Heat a large skillet
Add 1 tablespoon olive oil
Heat and sauté garlic for 30 seconds
Add half of the beef and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes
Remove from the skillet and add the remaining beef, stirring and frying for 3 minutes
Remove from the skillet
Add another tablespoon of olive oil if necessary
Add asparagus and cauliflower
Stir-fry for 4 minutes
Add bell pepper and onion
Stir-fry for an additional 2 minutes
Return the beef to the skillet and add the soy sauce mixture
Cover and cook for 1 minute
Serve in six portions.
