In a 25 cm diameter pan, combine the olive oil, onion, and garlic
Microwave the mixture at high power for about 1 minute, or until the onion is softened
Add the beef, salt, asparagus, bacon, and smoked bacon
Mix well and microwave on medium power for about 15 minutes, stirring halfway through
Add the cornmeal and mix well, moistening with vinegar
Microwave at medium power for about 1 minute to achieve a creamy consistency
Serve immediately
