Dough:
1 1/2 cups of fine wheat flour
1 kg of yams with skin

1 grated onion
2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour
Oil for frying.

1 diced onion
2 tablespoons of butter
1 cup of ground beef
Salt to taste
1 tablespoon of black pepper

Cook until the meat is tender and remove excess moisture
Dough:
Wash the wheat flour and squeeze out any excess water without letting it become soggy
Cook the yams and peel them
Pass through a food mill and put in a bowl with the wheat flour
Let it rest for an hour
Add salt, pepper, and onion
Knead well
Add the two tablespoons of all-purpose flour and knead
If not forming a ball, add one more tablespoon of all-purpose flour
Shape into puffs and fill with meat
Close and fry in hot oil
Remove and drain on paper towels
Serve immediately
