1 basic dough disk, pre-baked
2 defumated pepperoni slices, cut into strips
4 tomato slices
150g mozzarella
3 tablespoons of tomato sauce
Onion, olive, and oregano to taste

Chop the pepperoni into strips and set aside
Spread the tomato sauce over the pre-baked dough
Place half of the dough with half of the mozzarella, pepperoni, onion, and olives
Leave the other half plain with the remaining mozzarella and top with tomato slices
Sprinkle with oregano and bake until the cheese melts.
