Preheat the oven to high heat
Temper the beef with salt and black pepper
In a bowl, mix together mustard, Parmesan cheese, and grated breadcrumbs
Add olive oil and stir well until a consistent paste forms
Spread the paste over the beef
Place the butter in a baking dish and let it melt for 1 minute
Transfer the beef to the baking dish and bake in a medium oven preheated to 45 minutes, or until it reaches your desired level of doneness: rare, medium-rare, or well-done.
