3 tablespoons of vegetable oil
1 1/2 kg of roasted pork loin, cut into pieces (use leftovers)
1 1/2 cup of chicken broth
1/2 cup of soy sauce, cut
1/2 cup of mushrooms
2 tablespoons of cornstarch
1 1/2 tablespoon of soy sauce
3 tablespoons of ketchup
green peas and parsley rice

Heat the vegetable oil in a pan, add the onion and fry until it becomes transparent
Add the meat, chicken broth, soy sauce, and mushrooms
Cook slowly for 5 minutes
Mix the cornstarch, soy sauce, ketchup, and season with salt and pepper to taste
Add the mixture and cook, stirring until thickened
Check the seasoning
Serve with rice and green peas and parsley.
