750g of lean pork loin
4 tablespoons of soy sauce
1 cup of undiluted pineapple juice
1 1/2 teaspoons of salt
1 tablespoon of water
250g of green beans, trimmed and cut
2 zucchinis, sliced into rounds
2 tablespoons of cornstarch
2 tablespoons of cold water
3 tomatoes, halved
750g of lean pork loin

Remove any excess fat from the pork and cut it into strips
Marinate with soy sauce
Let it rest for 15 minutes
Drain excess liquid
Sear in a pan and cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly
Add water, pineapple juice, and salt
Cover and simmer until the meat is tender
Add green beans and zucchinis and cook until they're tender
Dissolve cornstarch in water and add to pork
Stir carefully until the sauce thickens
Garnish with tomatoes
A diet-friendly option: 1 cup of the meat mixture and 1/2 tomato.
