Cut the onion into thin slices and brown the pork
Reduce heat and combine the tuna, anchovies, rosemary, salt, and pepper
Let it cook until the pork is tender
Let it cool well
Remove the pork and set aside
Remove the rosemary and strain the remaining ingredients through a fine-mesh sieve
Add mayonnaise to this strained mixture and mix very well
Cut the pork into extremely thin slices and place in a dish
Cover with mayonnaise and garnish with pickles.
