1 1/2 kg of braai beef (in a single piece)
1/2 tablespoon of salt
pepper to taste
3 cloves of garlic
2 medium onions, chopped
2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
1/3 cup of vinegar
4 tablespoons of olive oil
1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
8 medium-sized potatoes, peeled
Clean the beef, removing all fat
Open it up a bit with a knife and give it a few whacks with a meat mallet
Season the beef with salt and pepper to taste
Add in the mashed garlic, onion, parsley, and vinegar, spreading it over the beef, roll it up, and tie it with twine
Place it in a pressure cooker with 4 tablespoons of olive oil and let it heat through
Add in the beef and let it fry until it's golden brown
Add in the Worcestershire sauce and 3 cups of water
Close the pressure cooker and let it cook for 25 to 30 minutes
Turn off the heat
Remove the lid and check if the beef is tender
Place it back on the heat, without covering, and let any excess sauce simmer off
Arrange the potatoes around the beef and let them cook until they're tender, without covering the pot
When serving, remove the twine
