1 kg of beef cut into cubes
1/4 cup of tomato paste
2 crushed garlic cloves
1 cube of beef broth
1 1/2 cups of warm water
1/2 teaspoon of thyme
1 sprig of rosemary
4 carrots, cut into 2 cm pieces
1 large onion, cut into 8 pieces
1 large potato, cut into cubes
Salt and black pepper to taste

Place the beef in a large refrigerator-safe container
Mix together the tomato paste, garlic, beef broth dissolved in water, thyme, and rosemary
Pour the sauce over the beef, cover or wrap with plastic film (food-grade) leaving a small opening
Microwave on high for 50 minutes
Add the vegetables, season, and microwave for an additional 15 minutes until tender
Serve in 8 portions.
