In a bowl, whisk together the egg, breadcrumbs, scallions, water, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper
Add the ground beef and mix well
Form 22 meatballs with one cube of cheese in each
Place them in a baking dish or square refractory mold, 22cm on each side
Bake in a moderate temperature oven for 15 to 20 minutes
