Place the dried beef in a bowl and cover it with water
Leave it to soak for 24 hours, changing the water at least six times

After rehydrating, place the beef in a pressure cooker, cover it with water, and cook until tender
Drain the water and shred the beef
Set aside

Heat the coconut oil in a pan and sauté the onions until caramelized
Then add the tomatoes, rosemary, and black pepper

Add the shredded coconut milk, dried beef, and if needed, a pinch of salt
Let it simmer for 15 minutes over low heat
Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve.
